The offer

As a CRM strategist we give you the opportunity to make your skills shine in a leading Belgian creative agency with iconic brands like VW or IKEA on its client list. You will be part of DDB's strategic team composed of experts in brandbuilding, content, CRM & PR. With the brand DNA in mind, you will use CRM to make our clients’ brands more influential, their marketing plans more effective and the end customers’ experience more personal.

What you are going to do:

  • Remaining on top of where CRM is heading to in 2020 and consult our clients to bring their CRM efforts to a next level.
  • Team up with the CRM managers of our clients to manage existing CRM projects and develop new ones.
  • Becoming the go to (wo)man for our account managers to set-up & follow-up CRM projects.
  • On going reporting & analysis of DM/eDM/social CRM campaign-results.
  • Developing CRM strategies within broader new business presentations.
  • What we want from you:

  • Min. 4/5 years of experience in a CRM strategy role, not necessarily in an advertising agency. We are also interested to meet you if you come from a client/broker-side.
  • A profound interest in the broader context of marketing and brands, especially in those of our clients.
  • Needless to say, you combine a strong personality with team skills to thrive in a creative agency.
  • And oh yes, you also have excellent writing/presenting skills in NL/FR/EN.
