  • You have at least 5 years of experience in an advertising agency
  • You have excellent communication skills (you are fluent in French, Dutch and English) and interpersonal skills
  • You have a can-do attitude and are solution oriented
  • You are flexible and team-oriented
  • You have easy contact with creatives and clients that allows you to make a difference
  • You take ownership and responsibility
  • You are mature in dealing with stakeholders and are able to sell through skills
  • You have an eye for detail in addition to analytical skills
  • You’re well organized and familiar with budgeting and resource planning
